Transformative, Practical, and Empowering! As a global female commercial leader based in the Middle East, I highly recommend the Women in Leadership program from The Power Within Training. Even attending virtually, the impact was profound. The course helped me develop my authentic leadership style, improve my communication, and build deeper self-awareness. A standout element was how deeply engaged the facilitators were. They gave genuine attention to providing transparent, constructive feedback on assignments, which was instrumental in helping me grow my mindset. The practical tools for feedback sharing, delegation, and motivation have been a complete game-changer. I have already started using them in my daily routine, and they have truly unlocked a new level of leadership for me. This course is an absolute must for women who want to enhance their leadership skills. It provides the exact confidence, mindset, and strategies needed to break barriers, drive commercial growth, and become highly impactful, inspiring leaders. The course was a valuable and thought-provoking programme for me. It helped me develop a deeper understanding of Motivational Intelligence (MQ) and how it can be applied to create a more empowering leadership style. One of my biggest takeaways was the importance of developing people through effective coaching and purposeful conversations, rather than simply providing solutions. The practical tools and self-reflection exercises challenged me to think differently about my leadership approach and identify clear actions for my ongoing development. I would recommend this course to anyone looking to strengthen their leadership capabilities, build high-performing teams and better understand the impact of MQ and Motivational Intelligence in their teams. The programme provides practical techniques that can be applied immediately and has helped me on the path to become a more self-aware and effective leader.

I really enjoyed the Women in Leadership Leading with MQ course. It was welcoming, encouraging, and gave me lots to think about in a really positive way. Our group was fantastic and I will miss our training sessions. The course helped me understand more about MQ and Motivational Intelligence, especially how our mindset and confidence can affect the way we lead, communicate, and support others. My key learnings were around believing in myself more, recognising what can hold me back, and using practical tools to become a more confident and effective leader. I would happily recommend this course to other women in leadership, or anyone looking for practical tools, meaningful insight, and the confidence to grow both personally and professionally. It is supportive, insightful, and genuinely helpful. I'm sure I will be looking back on the lessons and using parts in my everyday life from now on

"I found the Women in Leadership – Leading with MQ course really valuable and it genuinely made me stop and think about how I show up as a leader day to day. I felt comfortable and engaged throughout; it wasn’t just theory, it actually made me reflect on real situations I deal with in work. The biggest thing I’ve taken from it is around Motivational Intelligence (MQ) and how much mindset plays a part – backing yourself, pushing yourself out of your comfort zone and helping others do the same. What I liked most is that it wasn’t overcomplicated. It gave me simple, practical ways to be more aware, more intentional and to get more out of my team rather than just reacting to things. I’d definitely recommend it to others, especially anyone already leading a team or stepping into leadership. It gives you a different way of thinking and helps you build a more confident, motivated and capable team around you."

The course has genuinely given me a different perspective on leadership, motivation and performance. What I found particularly valuable was that it went beyond theory and focused on practical, real-world application. It encouraged meaningful self-reflection around communication, emotional intelligence, resilience and the impact leaders have on team culture and performance. The concept of Motivational Intelligence really resonated with me, particularly around understanding what drives behaviour, adapting leadership styles and recognising the importance of energy, mindset and emotional awareness in achieving sustainable success. I have already started applying many of the principles within my role and can see how they will positively influence both my own leadership approach and the development of my team. The programme was engaging, thought-provoking and highly relevant for anyone leading people in a fast-paced business environment

The Leading with Change and Executive Coaching programme has been an extremely valuable experience. It created the space to step back, reflect, and think more intentionally about how I lead during periods of change and pressure. The coaching conversations were insightful, supportive, and appropriately challenging, helping me recognise both my strengths and the habits that can sometimes hold me back. What stood out most was how practical and relevant the sessions were to real leadership situations. I came away with greater self-awareness, more confidence in my role, and clear actions I could apply immediately. The programme has had a positive impact not only on how I approach leadership, but also on how I show up for my team and organisation. I would highly recommend it to anyone in a leadership role who wants to grow, lead with more impact, and navigate change more effectively.
