The Power Within Training & Development (TPWTD) has appointed a new director of business growth as it continues to attract clients through its unique motivational intelligence (MQ) framework.
The leadership training company has welcome experienced consultant Ayo Shote to its team as Business Development Director within the North East of Scotland.
TPWTD offers the world’s first and only SQA-approved Executive Diploma in Leading With Motivational Intelligence (MQ) and other transformative MQ development programmes designed to help leaders adapt more quickly to their environment, and handle adversity more effectively, take productive action and embrace change at an accelerated rate.
The company, which has bases in Glasgow, Aberdeen and London, offers several fully-funded programmes and collaborates with several colleges across Scotland, offering its unique Motivational Intelligence (MQ) framework to individuals and small businesses within those communities.
In May, NESCol confirmed a partnership with The Power Within Training & Development, making its unique Executive Diploma framework available fully-funded to Scottish business owners, sole traders and senior leaders and managers in companies and organisations based in Scotland through the college’s well-established distance learning model.
Ayo Shote: Business Development Director; North East Scotland
Ayo Shote – who previously worked with both James and Enas during their careers in the international Oil & Gas sector – was part of the first cohort of business leaders undertaking the MQ Leadership programme through NESCol and was so impressed by the content and outcomes/results that he has now joined the business.
Ayo has vast leadership experience within the energy industry, having previously worked with both James and Enas in the Middle East. He held senior roles with oil and gas giant Baker Hughes, at one point overseeing their operations across most of Africa.
Since then, Ayo has provided consultancy services for a number of organisations within the UK and Nigeria, including a UK-based energy transition consultancy through which he enrolled in The Power Within’s Leading With Motivational Intelligence (MQ) Executive Diploma.
