For the past 18 years, Simon has worked as a self-employed contractor, specialising in property refurbishment, renovation, and period restoration. His hands-on experience has allowed him to lead high-quality projects alongside a skilled team of tradespeople.

Simon’s passion for communication has helped him build lasting, authentic relationships with clients, guiding them through property projects and bringing their visions to life. His drive to help others improve their lives fuels his commitment to excellence.

When the opportunity to join The Power Within Training arose, Simon recognised that we had identified a gap in the industry—a need for business, leadership and Motivational Intelligence training. He is now dedicated to helping construction business owners elevate their leadership skills, motivate their teams, and focus on what matters most to scale their businesses.
