The Solution
The Power Within Training designed and delivered a layered leadership and management development approach, anchored in Motivational Intelligence(MQ).
The partnership began with Caddick’s senior leadership team and expanded organically across management levels, ensuring a shared leadership language, aligned behaviours, and consistency in how people are led throughout the organisation.
To date, 86 people at Caddick Construction have completed The Power Within’s MQ-based programmes:
- 26 senior leaders trained through Leading with MQ
- 60 managers trained through Managing with MQ
Both programmes were tailored to support Caddick’s growth strategy while remaining practical, relevant, and immediately applicable in the workplace.
