The Power Within Training designed and delivered a layered leadership and management development approach, anchored in Motivational Intelligence(MQ).

The partnership began with Caddick’s senior leadership team and expanded organically across management levels, ensuring a shared leadership language, aligned behaviours, and consistency in how people are led throughout the organisation.
